1. Who we are

SpriteRig is operated by TROLL ARTIST DOT COM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, doing business as SpriteRig in Tennessee. This Policy describes how we handle information when you use SpriteRig. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

2. Information we handle

• Account and contact information: your email address and account authentication information when you sign up or sign in. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit.
• Your SpriteRig content: character descriptions and style choices sent for generation, generated images you save, project and rig data, and your related edits and exports.
• Plan and usage information: your plan, credit balance and usage, and subscription status and identifiers needed to provide billing features.
• Browser and session information: essential sign-in cookies and temporary browser session storage used to keep you signed in and move an image through the in-app rigging flow.

3. How we use information

We use information to run your account, generate and save characters, provide rigging and export features, manage credits and subscriptions, send account confirmation emails, respond to you, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

4. Service providers

We share information with providers only as needed to provide and support SpriteRig:

• Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage. Saved character images and rig or project data are stored there.
• Resend delivers account-confirmation email through our Supabase email configuration.
• Cloudflare Workers AI receives character-generation prompts and returns generated images.
• Vercel hosts the SpriteRig website and application.
• Stripe processes subscription payments and provides the customer portal. We receive subscription and billing status, not your full card number.
• The pose-estimation model runs in your browser. Its model and supporting files are downloaded from Google and jsDelivr; pose estimation is performed on your device.

Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

The pose model downloads supporting files to your browser from Google and jsDelivr. Those providers may receive ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, when your browser requests those files.

5. Storage and retention

Account and saved-content data is stored with Supabase. We keep information while needed to provide the service, manage your account, and meet legal obligations. Some billing or transaction records may need to be retained after an account is closed.

6. Your choices and requests

You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe customer portal. To request access to or deletion of your account and associated data, email support@spriterig.com. We may retain information where required by law or needed to resolve disputes.

7. Security and children

We use service providers and safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. SpriteRig is for people 18 or older; please contact us if you believe someone under 18 has created an account.
