Terms of Service

Last updated: October 10, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms apply to SpriteRig, operated by TROLL ARTIST DOT COM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, doing business as SpriteRig in Tennessee (“SpriteRig,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using SpriteRig, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Accounts and the service

Keep your sign-in information secure and make sure your account details are accurate. You are responsible for activity through your account. SpriteRig lets you generate character images from descriptions, save characters and rigs, edit poses and animations in your browser, and export your work. We may change or discontinue features from time to time.

3. Plans, credits, and billing

The Free plan starts with 20 credits. Indie costs $9 per month and has a 200-credit monthly allowance; Studio costs $19 per month and has a 500-credit monthly allowance. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. A paid billing cycle replenishes credits up to the current plan’s allowance; monthly credits do not otherwise roll over. A balance already above an allowance may remain above it.

Each successful character generation uses one credit. Rigging, posing, editing, and exporting do not use credits. Failed generations are not charged. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Cancel in the Stripe customer portal; your paid plan continues through the period you have paid for. We do not take back remaining credits when you cancel.

Stripe processes subscription payments. SpriteRig does not receive your full card number. Subscription charges are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.

4. Your content

You keep your rights in the descriptions and other content you provide. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to operate, maintain, and provide SpriteRig to you. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute images generated for you for lawful purposes. To the extent SpriteRig has any rights in those images, we grant you a worldwide, royalty-free license to do so. AI-generated images may not be unique, and we do not promise that an image is exclusive or eligible for copyright protection.

Do not submit content you do not have permission to use, or use SpriteRig to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, or interfere with the service or other users.

5. Third-party services

SpriteRig relies on third-party services, including Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare, Vercel, Stripe, and browser-delivered pose-model files from jsDelivr and Google. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Some features may be unavailable if a provider is unavailable.

6. Availability and limits

We work to keep SpriteRig available and your saved work accessible, but the service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted or changed. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will change the date above when we do. Tennessee law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law says otherwise.
